Cash Management Services
Looking for a more efficient way to manage your cash? BankAtlantic’s New Cash Management services enable you to make electronic payments and create balance reports the easy way. You can even assign a unique access ID and passcode to your employees.
Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination
ACH Origination enables you to make electronic payments and transfers to other businesses or individuals in the United States. ACH payments and transfers generally settle within two (2) business days through the Automated Clearing House, a secure and efficient batch-oriented network. This service can be used in the following ways:
- Direct Deposit of Payroll (consumer) – with proper authorization from the recipient, you can electronically transfer funds from your designated settlement account with BankAtlantic to your employee's designated account(s) at BankAtlantic or other financial institutions within the United States.
- Direct Payments (consumer) – you can distribute one time or recurring consumer payments - with proper authorization from the recipient – by electronically transferring funds from your designated settlement account with BankAtlantic to the recipient's designated checking or savings account at BankAtlantic or other financial institutions within the United States.
- Vendor Payments (commercial) – electronically transfer funds from your designated settlement account with BankAtlantic to the designated accounts of vendors or other business entities at BankAtlantic or other financial institutions within the United States.
- Depository Transfers (commercial) – electronically transfer funds from your designated settlement account with BankAtlantic to other accounts you hold at other financial institutions within the United States.
Once enrolled in basic Online Banking services you can elect ACH Origination services for your business by calling a Business Banking Specialist at 1-877-7-DAY-BIZ.
International ACH Transactions:
In accordance with NACHA rules, BankAtlantic is not a Gateway Originating Bank and therefore does not originate International ACH Transactions ("IAT"). All out bound ACH transactions are limited to domestic transactions, and all incoming IATs are subject to the OFAC regulations. Deposits may be delayed in accordance with NACHA and OFAC regulations in instances where an IAT originator is a match or possible match on the OFAC lists. Processing, settlement and/or availability of these transactions may be temporarily suspended if enhanced scrutiny or verification is determined necessary.

Tax Payment
Electronic Federal Tax Payments (EFTPS) allows you to pay your federal taxes electronically to the IRS (example – form 941 for payroll taxes).
Once enrolled in basic Online Banking services you can elect Tax Payment services for your business by calling a Business Banking Specialist at 1-877-7-DAY-BIZ.
Wire Transfer
Wire Transfer service enable you to use secure online forms to initiate same day electronic transfers from your designated settlement account with BankAtlantic to accounts of individuals or businesses with financial institutions within the United States. Wire transfer templates allow you to establish templates for frequent or recurring wire transfers to a common beneficiary and /or to control wire transfer request access by your staff.

Balance Reporting
Balance Reporting service enables you to create daily detailed activity reports for individual accounts or any combination of online accounts with BankAtlantic. This service also includes a “Quick Balance” report that provides the latest ledger and available balances for selected accounts. This service helps you to effectively manage your daily cash flow, and enhance your ability to make investment and borrowing decisions.

Sub-User Administration
Sub-User Administration service enables you to establish various levels of use authorization allowing employees to access company accounts and online services as sub-users on behalf of the company. Sub-Users may be granted full or limited online access to company accounts, and may also be granted full or limited access to submit cash management transactions. Dual control can also be established to require two users to enter/approve ACH origination items and/or wire transfers for enhanced risk control.
