Analysis Accounts

BankAtlantic Analysis Accounts compensate you for your balances and provide you with an analysis statement which summarizes account activity and balance information. The analysis statement also lists the unit price of each BankAtlantic service provided, along with a total of all service fees incurred during the cycle.

Average Balance on Deposit

A summarized analysis of average balances from your company's depository accounts. It includes deductions and adjustments resulting from float, legal reserve requirements and negative balances. If your balances are positive after all deductions and adjustments have been made, an earnings credit is computed on investable balances.

Services Performed

The Services Performed portion of the statement provides a detailed list of all BankAtlantic services being used by your company. This enables you to analyze the volume count of each service used, the price for the service and the total price.

Total Required Balance

The total price of your analyzed services is subtracted from the account earnings credit you have available to support your services. A positive figure denotes balances sufficient to support the cost of services used. A negative figure would result in a charge for services.

Account Analysis Benefits:

Savings

  • Account Analysis offers you a competitive earnings credit rate for efficient use of your collected balances, to compensate for services used by your company.
  • Earnings credits from one account may be used to offset service fees incurred by a related account

Control

  • Whether you have one or several Analysis Accounts, you can tell immediately if your balances are covering the cost of your company's services. This allows you to more effectively manage company funds and avoid unnecessary service fees.

Efficiency

  • Settlement of banking services may be simplified by providing one monthly fee total for service fees incurred on all of your accounts
